Args:

• ipeak (int): Index of the maximum energy density in the frequency spectrum E(f).

• fdsprd (1darray): Direction spread as a function of frequency \(\sigma(f)\).

Returns:

• dpspr (float): Directional wave spreading at the peak wave frequency.
