Jonswap peak enhancement factor gamma.

Represents the ratio between the peak in the frequency spectrum \(E(f)\) and its associate Pierson-Moskowitz shape.

Args:

• smooth (bool): True for the smooth wave frequency, False for the discrete frequency corresponding to the peak in the frequency spectrum.

• scaled (bool): True to apply polynomial approximation to gamma.
